This listed James* Boyce is a mystery to me. It seems the census taker has made a stray mark changing the last age ---a 1--- into an 11? Or, could this James* be a cousin (or nephew). If so, where is little James? He should be here at 1 years old.
James Barre (Barry) is surely Mary's brother or cousin. James Finwick? -no clue, but it is interesting that he is a blacksmith (which was young Joseph's profession back in Scotland). <== Currently researching all of this.
